RE-INVEST 2015 CONFERENCE: DELEGATE ADVISORY

RE-Invest 2015 features a three-day Conference, to be held from 15 - 17 February 2015. The Inaugural Session at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi on 15 February 2015 will be addressed by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Mr Narendra Modi. The technical and breakout sessions of the Conference, as well as the Exhibition, will be held at Hotel The Ashoka, New Delhi, on 16 and 17 February 2015.

If you have received a confirmation email by 11 February 2015 with the details to collect your access passes and delegate kit, then please collect your Invitation Card for the Inaugural Session:

The Invitation Card is mandatory for entry to the Inaugural Session and Conference. Please read the instructions on the card carefully.

Entry to the Exhibition Areas on 16 and 17 February 2017 is open to all visitors to The Ashoka.


TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR DELEGATE REGISTRATION
  • Your registration will enable you to access all three days of the Conference (Vigyan Bhawan + The Ashoka), and the two days of the Exhibition.
  • Delegate participation fees for the Conference
    • INDIAN: INR 7000 (Rupees Seven Thousand Only)
    • OVERSEAS: USD 200 (US Dollars Two Hundred Only)
    • TODAY'S CONVERSION RATE: 1 USD = 62 INR
    • Service Tax @ 12.36% will be charged per delegate.
    • Direct employees of the Government of India (GoI), Indian State Governments, foreign Governments and embassies will not be charged delegate fees.
    • Delegates from Public Sector Undertakings have to pay full delegate fees.
    • MNRE will not be responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants.
  • Registration will be on first-come, first-served basis

  • Cancellation Policy
    • You may request for cancellation of registration and refund of registration fee paid by you.
    • The notification must include all relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted.
    • If the written notification of cancellation is received up to 1700 hours 12 February 2015 (inclusive), 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
    • We regret that no refunds will be made for cancellations received after 1700 hours 12 February 2015 (inclusive).
    • Refunds will be made in the same form as the original transaction.
    • The cancellation will not be effective until a written acknowledgement is received from the RE-Invest Registration Department.
  • Delegate passes have already been printed and delegates may no longer be substituted.
  • The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) reserves the right to cancel RE-Invest 2015 if it deems necessary and will, in such event, make a full refund of all registration fees.
  • The RE-Invest 2015 organisers reserve the right to modify the programme, which is published as indicative only. No liability is assumed by MNRE or CII for changes in programme date, content, speakers or venue.
